Leonard Fox, Ltd. is happy to accept orders via telephone, e-mail or fax. Please make sure to include your name, telephone number and address in your e-mail or fax order. We make every effort to insure your items are in excellent condition and are packed and shipped safely and promptly. Items will be shipped when payment is received in full. Payment must be received within 30 days of placing your order.
Leonard Fox, Ltd. accepts the following methods of payment: American Express Mastercard/Visa Discover Card Business or Personal checks are accepted with a telephone number and credit card number. Leonard Fox, Ltd. normally ships via Federal Express or UPS. Shipping charges will vary depending upon the weight and size of the package and the mode of transport. Typically, when shipping in the United States, costs run between $20 to $50, while shipments to Europe may run from $40 to $100. We are happy to provide you with the shipping cost of your package prior to shipment. It is not necessary to declare added insurance value with either Federal Express or UPS. If your order is not as described, all items must be returned to Leonard Fox, Ltd. within 5 (five) business days of receipt, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. |
