This elegant volume features fifteen stunning color copper etchings by the painter Dorothea Tanning; eight of the illustrations are full-page and signed in pencil. Moreover, this edition (printed on Arches) features a suite of eight hors-texte illustrations on Japon, all signed.

Signed by the author on the justification page; pages and plates very clean, overall in excellent condition. The copper plates were scratched after the printing.
